Fast Reports

No waiting 2 or 3 days for your home inspection report. With us, you will have your report within 24 hours. In most cases you will have your report emailed to you the same day as your inspection.

Infrared Scans

Infrared (thermal imaging) is an advanced, non-invasive technology that allows the inspector to show clients potential issues about the home (overheating electrical components, current moisture issues)that can’t be revealed using conventional inspection methods.

Radon Testing

Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that can cause lung cancer.
You can’t see or smell radon. Testing is the only way to know your level of exposure.  Radon can have a big impact on indoor air quality.
